CIG connectivity tool show 503 error

Hi Experts:

I finished SAP Cloud Connector setting (connected) and CIG Project connection settings which align with Cloud Connector setting and then I do Connectivity Tool test on CIG portal and there is an error HTTP 503. Pleas help to analysis if I missed any settings, thanks.

Here is my settings:

1. SAP Could connector

2. CIG

3. Connectivity Tool test

We have test the inbound with orderconfirmation in Connectivity Tool test on CIG portal, the error message as following:

Hi Prem:

I checked the three items you mentioned:

1. location ID on SAP Cloud Connector is the same as Ariba CIG portal setting

2. setup two sub accounts

3. internal hostname and port are your ERP hostname and HTTPS port opened

But still get the same error.

In that case, please try to send Order Confirmation or Advance Ship Notice from Cloud to SAP.

You may get different errors that will help you narrow down the problem of Cloud Connector-Ariba Network communication.

My guess is that:

- location ID is not exactly the same (maybe a whitespace or extra character)

- it is recommended to have two sub accounts instead of 1

- The internal hostname and port are your ERP hostname and HTTPS port opened.
