Chrystal report modification in SPECTRA

In spectra, with the Chrystal report,

• Can we create all properties listed monthly total charge amount per each property?-A
• From the new set up temporary table (A), can we add sum simple math function,

For example, + - X / ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------B

• Based on temporary B table, can we generate new query, to go to property charge report

Then, generate each property unit break down report (not all properties at the same time, only one property)

My point is

Each property manager can go to the Spectra with a common (sharing) dummy user and password,

2. Input the dynamic information (property code, new budget amount, relevant months amount, etc.) in

The specific cell in the report platform screen.

I want to find out a feasibility developing in house reports in Spectra, which is a legend property management software and did not develop upper version anymore.

Before doing any actual process, I want to find out a feasibility of the custom report in Spectra.

Would you help this?

Hi,

Spectra is not commonly used property management accounting software and

• I want find out the feasibility of using Chrystal report in Spectra
• if so, how flexibility I can create the custom report in Spectra

If someone has ever used Spectra Chrystal report, please advise me the possibility and scope.
