I want to customize the Tech Support Channel shown on Supplier Home page.
In the Tech Support Channel, I want to do the following and make it visible on the Suppliers Home workbench
- Add Support Contact Phone Number
- Add a support email address such that clicking it would automatically open the email application with the email address populated
- Add the powerpoint document with specific Supplier Help document.
Is it possible to do the above? If yes, I would appreciate if someone can provide me more documentation on how to do the above.

Hi Manoj,
This can be done using the fields on the company. Once the data is on the company it will show in the channels on the supplier workbench channels.
The key ones that will show for the supplier in the external Tech Support and Training Channel are:
Tech Support Name
Tech Support URL
Tech Support E-mail
Tech Support Phone
To share files with the supplier you need to go to the company and then the workbench setup tab, on here you can attach files under external attachments and they will show in the file sharing channel for the supplier.
