Changing the background image of the SLC Registration Page and Portal

Hi Gurus,

I want to change the background image for the SLC registration page, I can't seem to find where this can be configured.

Below is Registration page background image.

Please assist, your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Hi Sabelo,

this is included in the implementation spot /SRMSMC/BD_SQR_STYLES.

There's only one method which changes the CSS Coding, there you can implement your own BAdI with your own background image (you need to upload it to the MIME Repository).

I tried editing the method you advised me to use but it needs an access key to be edited. Can you perhaps give me step by step instructions on how to change the background picture.

Hi Sabelo,

yes, you will need to create a new BAdI implementation.

Quick but dirty way: the BAdI is utilizing one single method called "/srmsmc/if_bd_sqr_styles~get_style_classes_string". In this method, the Background Image is

fetched.

If you delete the old Image and upload a new one with the same name, you won't need to Change the coding 🙂 It is in the MIME repository at the place that's shown in the screenshot.
