Dear All MM-SRM experts,
Take for example the ECC PR transferred to SRM and SRM external requirements. If any changes are made to the PR in ECC then the SRM external requirements automatically get updated.
But what happens if the PR is already converted into a Saved/Published RFx in SRM ?
How will the changes to the PR will be processed in SRM if the ECC PR is changed for :
a. Quantity
b.Value/Price
c.Item description
d.Add new item
Scenario is Classic:
Thanks

Hi,
Once an RFx is created for the requirment from the sourcing cockpit, this requirement is no more available, hence any change performed on the PR will not be reflected in your RFx.
For your query I have the following sugestion if you are using SRM7.0 or higher version
1) Do not transfer the PR to SRM socurcing cockpit
2) Access the collective processing of purchase requistion (CPPR) feature using the portal harmonized roles,
3) Search for your PR and Create an SRM RFx directly from the CPPR without transfering to SRM sourcing cockpit
Now any change you make to the PR, your Rfx will be updated if and only if you have not awarded any bids.

HI,
When you create RFX from CCPR the PR is never transfered to Sourcing Cockpit, hence the changes to PR is reflected in Rfx.
But when you create Rfx from sourcing cockpit, the PR is always transfered to sourcing cockpit and as explained in the above reply PR changes cannot be handled here.

Hi Sam,
this is fine, although i couldn't check in the system. Can you pl clarify :
1. BAdI is required to be implemented for creating an RFx from the CPPR ? Is it just like the sourcing that once you select the PR's and press the Create RFx button you are given choices for selecting the type of RFx document , similar to SRM sourcing cockpit?
2. Attachments can be transferred from ECC to SRM via CPPR and also automatically via SOA to external requirements in SRM?
3. Do you have any documentation reference on how CPPR works?
thanks for your effort..
