We are using NWBC and not the portal roles. We have a requirement where changes are required in home tab in the role menu.
User wants to remove certain sub sections or change their description or URL. For example there is one option "FAQs" under documentation section of home tab, they want to rename this. Since this section is common among various roles,is it possible to edit the details at one place so that changes get reflected in all concerned roles.Or will I have to edit each role?
Request clarification before answering.

Maybe you may create one common custom role which contains this menu, and change its description. Then assign this custom role to all users.
