Change user id for SRM shopping cart

The requirement is I want to transfer the SRM Shopping carts created by one user to another user. When I tried to do in Monitor Shopping cart, I get "User not in organizational or has been deleted" and the Status in "Follow-on Document Deleted". Can anyone help me to change the UserId ?

Hello Krish,

I had similar issue sometime back.

In our case, the requester of the SC was deleted from the system. So we got this error.

Please check the existence of user in SU01 and PPOSA_BBP. Also make sure that the user is not locked and there is no validity period assigned to his account.

Thank you. Now, I have transferred some Datas using Change Shopping Cart Owner and not able to do a few more, as I get message saying Unable to transfer Cart. Cart must be a requisition or PO in R/3. How to go about it.

Take a look at OSS note 978126 and the below SDN post. With the help of those, we were able to create a program to do this for shopping carts.

You need to understand the linkage between a series of tables related to shopping cart and business partner. Then either debug or prepare a program to update.
