Change log details - SRM Contract

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to display all the details that are changed to the contract.

I have a contract no on the selection screen. Based on that i have to display the change details.

Ex: if we had changed the price or validity dates or added new items or condition items i have to display the details like line item added at this time and date & validity dates changed at this time and date & condition line added/deleted at this time and date. Like this.

Can any one please suggest in which tables/FM may i use to get these details.

CDHDR: header table
CDPOS: item table
