Change e-mail text for Bid notification

Hi All ,

I am trying to change the e-mail text for Bid notification (BBP_BID_EMAIL) in transaction SE61. However I am still recieving the same text in the mail sent to bidders.

Also I would like to delete the smart-form attached to the e-mail sent to bidders.

Kindly let me know how it can be done.

For email content, you can refer to smartform BBP_OUTPUT_COVER, or whichever Z form you have switched to use based on it. If you do not want the smartform (of the Bid Invitation) to be attached, you would need some enhancement. What's your SRM release and SP level?
