Change assignee in the Risk Assessments section

Hi

In Supplier Risk, I have multiple assessments in one Engagement Request that are being sent to one supplier. I want to send some of these assessments to different contacts as they are the SME for the supplier and would be in a better place to answer. Is it possible to send assessments to different contacts or can my primary contact forward the assessments on to the relevant contacts within his organisation?

To supplement Melissa's answer, on the risk engagement assessment there is only one primary contact assigned to be notified of the assessment. However, as each assessment sends out the one or more risk control questionnaires to be completed, the supplier can assign a "Response Team" to answer the questionnaire. See the image on the left (fourth option down) that let's the primary contact of the supplier view or edit members of their organization who can respond - so yes, they can assign a different participant, for example a finance lead for financial questions, a sustainability lead for human rights questions, etc.

I believe that this would need to be done as a one-off for each of the ERs.

Additionally note that once a supplier contact has opened the questionnaire and viewed it, the questionnaire is assigned to them and they're the only user in the SAP Business Network account who can view or respond to it.
