Central Procurement Hub Activation

Hello Experts,

Configuration help in S/4 Hana Cloud for "Activate SAP S/4HANA Procurement Hub and Scenarios"states "You cannot change these settings once you have activated and customized the activity. Before you activate the hub scenarios, ensure you have activated the procurement hub."

Can we activate the following hub scenarios one after another in the hub system? or should we activate all possible scenarios which we might need all at once? or can we later go back and activate an additional scenario?

Can we deactivate a scenario later on if no longer needed?

• Central Requisitioning

• Central Contract Management

• Central Purchasing

• Central Sourcing

• Central Invoicing

• Central Purchase Requisition Processing

Could you please guide me here!

Hi Kailash,

You can activate scenario one after other or one by one. But as stated in guide make sure you need to activate the respective scenario. Once activated then they can't be changed.
