Central Contract Distribution in ECC?

Dear All,

We have Scenario of Central contract created in SRM and get distributed in ECC,

Now Contract is created in SRM and getting distributed in ECC sucessfully,

however on SRM Poral, in Tracking tab of Contract, back end document(Contract) number is not getting updated,

We have maintained below partner profile:

ECC:

Outbound parmtrs

BLAREL

SYNCH

Inbound parmtrs

BBPCO

BBPIV

BLAORD

COND_A

MBGMCR

SRM:

Outbound parmtrs

BBPIV

BLAREL

MBGMCR

SYNCH

Please let me know if any entry missing in the parter Profile,

Hi,

Can you check & update whether status of the contract is 'Transfer to External Application' or 'Process Successfully'?

If it's 'Transfer to External Application', use txn /SAPPO/PPO2 to find exact cause.

From my understanding this generally happens if the report  BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is not scheduled as needed I am not sure if it works for contracts as well

You should schedule this report to run daily in the SRM System, so that information on the status of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and reservations is up-to-date.

Status of the contract on portal is 'In Distribution'. but contract is distributed to ECC

I have checked T code '/SAPPO/PPO2' in ECC,however no error found,

Our scenario is central Contract without PI/XI,

Yes, you are right, if the status is " In Distribution" you will not see any error in T code '/SAPPO/PPO2'.

Could you please cross check if you have maintained the distribution at Line Item Level for each Item.  Also please check Header Distribution Value, if there is no value please click on Calculate button to automatically calculate all Line Item Distribution Values.

Also, please check if the Material/s is/are already been extended to all those plants to which its being distributed. And then Release the Contract.

Hi Pramod,

You said your scenario is central Contract without PI/XI. Do you mean you are actually not replicating central contract via XML, but via IDoc?

Could you please check whether you have an "CC" entry in table bbp_document_tab? Is report clean_reqreq_up scheduled in background to clean the entries from this table in your system?

Hi Pramod

Please check FEH using T.code /SAPPO/PPO2 in ECC and also the XML status in SXBM_MONI in SRM to know the exact error.

If this is the first time you have replicated the contract and waiting for contract number to update in then please check the Interface status in XI which bring back the Contract Number from ECC to SRM.
