Central contract as a follow on document of RFx and SOCO

Dear Guru's,

We are in the environment of SRM 7.01/ECC 6 ehp5. We have configured the central contract scenario (transaction type CCTR) in the SRM system. We have created the central contract directly in the system and are able to distribute it to the backend system.

Now, we want to trigger the central contract creation as a follow-on document for Rfx and sourcing cockpit. We are not able to trigger the creation of central contract locally in the SRM system. What I know as a standard system behaviour of SRM  is to trigger the contract creation locally in the SRM system until and unless BAdi is activated for the same.

Since we are not using any BADI, the system should trigger the creation of central contract in the SRM system.

We have defined contract as a follow-on document for RFx transaction type.

We have also defined the attribute attribute BSA in the ORG attribute.

Could you please guide where we are missing? The system is not popping up any transaction type for contract in the SOCO for draft creation of contract in the SOCO.
