Central Contract & Account Assignment Objects

Hi Experts

When a Central Contract (directly created) is created in SRM and distributed to ECC, What will be the account assignment values for Contract in ECC?

When a PR with a particular account assignment object (let's say K) is converted to SRM central contract through sourcing cockpit, and distributed to ECC to create operational contract - What will be the account assignment values for Contract in ECC?

Hi Kasee,

if you create a central contract in SRM, and distribute it ot ECC, the account assignment will always be 'U', as in standard SRM there is no account assignment for contracts. However, by activating the PPS switch, you can use account assignment in SRM, but then you can't dsitribute the contract to ECC.

did you get a reply or found out by yourself, what is happening to the account assignment of a PR with accounting data transferred in a cantral contract and replicated byck to the ERP system?
