cc missed approvers who cannot approve PO due to less expense limit

Hi All,

I have a scenario where i want to Mark as CC the approval mails to all the skipped approvers who cannot approve a PO due to less expense limit.

How do i find all those skipped approvers in this case, as the methods and programs we use find out only one approver.

Please share your ideas.

Hi Carrie,

Check if the BADI BBP_ALERTING can help you in this case.

You can define recipient list in its method BBP_EVENTS_DET_RECIPIENTS.

These recipients can come from your workflow container as missed approvers.
