Hi,

We are having an issue with our CCM catalogues in SRM. All of our supplier catalogues within Facilities Management catalogue disappeared.

Any idea why these catalogs disappeared all of a sudden ? we want this not to happen in future.

HI

Did you refresh system or any changes in user attributes settings ..

Is this for a specific user or for all users?

Hi there,

Are these internal CCM catalogs? Or external "punch out" catalogs? Are you not seeing the links on the screen? That would mean that the catalog was removed from the org structure.

Hi Seth,

Thanks for the response.

Yes, these are CCM catalogs

Yes, we are able to view the links in SC screen.

we are unable to find the items inside the catalog .

That's about the limit for me, unfortunately. The last time I got my hands on CCM was in late 2011. And the time before THAT was in early 2007.

Has everything been published? (I'm racking my brain here, but that's REALLY at the end sorry I couldn't help more)

Hi,

Do you mean while creating SC, you can't find catalog links to add item?

Hi Ivy,

From what he said earlier, the catalog links show up, but when he enters the catalog, he doesn't see any content.

Hi Seth,

If the catalog itself has no problem, it should be an issue in connecting from SRM to catalog.
I would recommend you report an incident under SRM-EBP-CAT since this needs to be analyzed further in your system.

Hi Ivy,

Do you want me to raise an OSS message ?

If so, CCM catalog Support ended and SAP will not longer assist with this catalog issue.

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Hi,

I know the maintenance ended up, but this doesn't mean we won't help you find out the root cause.
If this is caused due to known bugs or some improper settings or database inconsistency, of course we still have responsibility to solve this.
If this is caused due to new bugs, we are not taking care of it any more.
Anyway, it is OK for you to report this CCM issue and our engineers will help to judge this.
