Carts not available in Check Status/Old Shopping Carts option

Hello All,

We are in SRM 7.0 and find that carts for which invoice is posted are not available in check status or for recreating from Old Shopping Carts/Templates option. Wanted to check if there is any time limit for which a shopping cart will be available in the above options?

Hi,

Please check the Completed SC flag in POWL query.

Hello,

You should select "Include completed shopping carts" in both POWL and when creating a shopping cart using the old shopping carts and templates functionality.

Hi All,

One of the old shopping cart is available in POWL query Shopping carts.

When we try to search the same in Old shopping carts and Templates it is not available.

Tried by checking "Include completed shopping carts"

Could you please let me know what might be the reason?
