cant display or edit supplier response on SUS

Am going through the process of supplier self registration using NWBC. The first process is when supplier fills an online form and send it back to the SUS admin, this process is working fine. Now the SUS Admin must display or edit the responses in order to make a decision to accept or reject that potential supplier, the two buttons (display, edit ) are not working but giving a java script error (java script void:0), all other buttons on the page are working perfectly. So far we have played around java script settings for our browsers using three different machines and it seems everything is  fine.

Is there a user who can perform this procedure? if you have,you can do a trace (st05) to find out which object you must add the role.

Dear Ngonidzashe,

Please assign /SAPSRM/SUCO_PROCESSOR  role to a user and check with that user.

i have already assigned /SAPSRM/SUCO_PROCESSOR  role but the problem is still on.

Hi Ngonidzashe,

Please cross check if the authorization profile for this role is generated correctly .If its fine then you can check this with SAP.We also faced same problem but it was resolved with this step only.

Also please make sure that,you access the supplier from "Supplier Preselection" tab not from other tab.
