Cannot move custom field in item overview

Hi experts,

I have following issue :

I have added a custom field to Quot item.

The field is shown in item detail tab.

Next I enhanced Web Dynpro component /SAPSRM/WDC_DOTC_QTE_I_D and

added the new field to item overview.

The problem is, I cannot change the position of the added field.

It's always shown in the bottom of the table fields in Web Dynpro view

and next to line number in Quot screen.

Does anybody know the solution to this?

Are you adding your custom field to the ITEMS_TABLE in the view? As shown in the screenshot.

Hi Naveen,

Yes, that's what I tried.

After right clicking ITEMS_TABLE > Convert Table Columns,

I was able to move the column 'UP' and 'DOWN'.

However, when I activate the enhancement,

the added column returns to the original position...

Hi,

try the following:

Go to the following path in SPRO:

SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization)  -> Configure Generic Field Display on User Interface

Play around with some settings here.

Thank you for the reply.

I have maintained the following entry,

changed 'Sequence' field, but unfortunately it didn't change item alignment.

Trans.Cat: BUS2202

Level: ITEM

Structure Field Name: ZZ_PRICE_QUOT (added field)

Inclusive/Exclusive: I Inclusive

Sequence: 5

As per Gejo,moving the custom fields UP and DOWN is possible via enhancement.

Thank you for the information.

In our current system, 'UP' and 'DOWN' options for a Web Dynpro element is somehow deactivated.

I have created an OSS message about this issue.
