Hi SRM Guru,
On the portal, I am able to create Shopping cart and follow-on documents (PR) and able to Print review as well. But when I display created Shopping cart, it comes with the error: "Object or set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 does not exist".
I checked the below details but they did not help:
- Number ranges
- Define Backend System for Product Category ans attribute BSA in Org structure (however I don't think it's related).
- BP inconsistency and SAP note 1034607 (however I don't think it's related).
Can anyone give me a clue?

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Hung,
Recently I met several similar issues that during OBN navigation document GUID is lost. And it could be resolved by an EP note 2021994. The issue may happen to SCs or other documents, i,e. Auctions, RFx. So you may check your system whether its EP-RUNTIME is below the patches mentioned by this note and try to upgrade it.

Were you able to check your SC in CRMD_ORDERADM_H table..
This is to verify if the SC is saved in the DB.
Also check if the following SAP Note is relevant:

I'm not sure if this directly applies to your situation but could you try implementing note 2150320 - Performance issue in shopping cart monitor and issues in displaying SC?
