Hi All,
We are having issue where cancelled confirmations are not posted from SRM to ECC.
We have Extended Classic scenario, once the confirmation is cancelled, the status will be approved and it will not trigger idoc.Normal confirmations will create IDOC without any issue and it is also posted to backend. Do we have to maintain any config for cancelled confirmation idoc? please advise.

Request clarification before answering.
Which version of SRM_SERVER are you using? After upgrading from 701 SP08 to SP14 we noticed that confirmation cancellations changed from IDoc technique to BAPI calls and remained in status "approved".
We had to add an entry in BBP_FUNCTION_MAP to make it work again:
BUS2017 / Cancelfromdata / ERP_2.0 / B45A_GOODSMVT_CANCEL
Also check for notes that cure follow-on bugs like 2217467 and 2219676.

to be able to cancel your confirmation, it must have status "Posted in the backend" (I1018) and not only "Approved" (I1022).
Check if you have any errors with CLEAN_REQREQ_UP report.

Thanks for suggesting this note.
However this note will be applicable if IDoc already posted in backend but confirmation status not updated in SRM and if the IDoc is in error. We have the issue were IDoc is not even created for cancelled confirmation. Also there is no error in report.
