Cancel ASN after GRN

We are getting error "Cancel ship notice is not allowed because a goods receipt was created for the shipment" when we try to cancel ASN after Cancel GRN.

Have you checked if there is a GR against PO ?

Does it mean even if I cancel the GR also we can't cancel or edit the ASN

GR created against Inbound delivery doc.

so if there is a GR, just like message says you cannot cancel ASN. this is by design
