Can we use Nagion X1 or do we have any tool to monitor SAP Ariba and SAP Field Glass?

We are working NOC and wondering if we have options to enable monitoring Service for SAP Ariba and SAP field glass(Saas Solution)

CA UIM seems to be providing solution for SAP PO and SAP R/3 system .

I am not entirely sure what exactly you want to monitor, but maybe this helps:

1. if you want to monitor data within SAP Fieldglass, you can use either reports, charts or graphs in the analytics module

2. you can use the PMO dashboard with predefined thresholds highlighting items with need urgent or critical attention

3. you can check the server availability for your data center (on which SAP Fieldglass runs) here: https://www.sap.com/germany/about/trust-center/cloud-service-status.html
