In a sealed bidding scenario, the procurement operational team is responsible for the creation, publication, and monitoring of the status of the RFP, In the meantime when the envelopes have been opened by the assigned person: the responses/bids should not be visible to the procurement operational team. Furthermore, is there is any functionality in SAP Ariba Sourcing that can we restrict the project owner to view the responses/bids when the envelope has been opened.
