Can we import supplier users through integration in Ariba. Manual load is working fine but want to know any other option to automate this.

You may import Supplier Users through the Import External Users task. The section: Automating Common Master Data Maintenance specifically talks about automation. This is going to be specific based on your Supplier User data source:

• For SAP, you can use the SAP integration programs provided by SAP Ariba to pull master data out of the SAP database and transfer it to CSV files at regularly scheduled intervals. • You can use the DB Connector to retrieve master data from an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system database.
