Can we delete a shopping cart line item which is approved one.

Hi Experts

We want to delete the shopping cart line item in the approved SC.

This particular SC is causing the budget issue and not allowing the user to raise a new shopping cart for that IO .

Hello,

As far as I know, you cannot delete the shopping cart if the follow-on document has other follow-on documents, like confirmation or invoice.

The following is the standard behaviour for SC/limit SC deletion:

SC -> PO : deletion possible

SC -> PReq: deletion possible

SC -> PReq + PO: deletion NOT possible

SC -> PO + CF: deletion NOT possible

SC -> PReq + PO + CF: deletion NOT possible

SC -> PO + CF + INV: deletion NOT possible

SC -> PReq + PO + CF + INV: deletion NOT possible

From SRM 7.0 onwards, any SC that has been approved, cannot be deleted.

We are using old version of SRM that is 3.0 .Is it possible to delete the line item anyway

We tried it doing through portal as normally we do .

Can it be deleted in back end .
