Hi Justin,

We are looking to add a chatbot widget into general Ariba UI - which can help users ( vendors as well as customer personnel like buyers etc) get information that is locked up in the backend SAP ERP system as well in ECM system.

Where in Ariba are are you looking to display an external application? I believe the iFrame widget we are building is the only one available but I have seen a chatbot embedded in Guided Buying. If you provide the Use Case, I can ask around to my colleagues.
