Dear SRM gurus
When and offline approval mail is created and send to the Outlook, the approver can either approve or reject the SC. Then a reply mail will be generated and approver has to hit on send button for processing the response in the SRM system.
In SRM 7.0 , can Outlook 2010 send the reply mail ( once the approver approves/rejects the offline approval mail ) in the background rather than creating a new mail and then the approver hitting on send button?
Thanks in Advance.

Hi Bharath,
Yeah that is definitely possible. Please refer to http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/Offline+approval+-+general+configuration link which provide great details on how you could set it up.
Thank you
Ritesh
