Can I export all documents in Sales Contract from Ariba Contract Module

1. Can I export any documents from Sales Contract workspace from Ariba Contract Module via API endpoints or webservices, like excel, word, PDF files, Pricing Sheet Order Form. From the HELP doc, it seems only supports assembled contract documents and order form via webservice.

2. If there's no way to export the pricing sheet order form, can I create customized Form and export?

My organization needs to export all files from Sales contract workspace, please share a way to do so. Thanks a lot

Hi Yanzin,

I understand now. There is a tool in SAP Ariba Sourcing & Procurement applications called the Integration Toolkit (ITK). This will allow for the bulk export of data: https://help.sap.com/docs/strategic-sourcing/contract-administration/contract-workspace-export-data?...

API availability is usually for External Approvables or CLID data, and not full document export.
