Our AP department is trying to clean up some old data. They have several paper invoices entered erroneously. All are in submitted status, have a $0.00 invoice amount, no IR document, and are associated with closed contracts. If we have the user trying to delete we just get the Error deleting INV: You can't delete an invoice message.
Request clarification before answering.
Thank you for your question. Based on a user's permission they may not have the ability to edit or delete a submitted invoice. A suggestion would be to have a user with either the Invoice Administrator or Invoice Manager role to try to delete the $0 invoices. If this doesn't work, try archiving those invoices so they are not showing.
