Can a Master Agreement be accessed by multiple suppliers.

Hello Experts,

We are currently on Version 7 of eSourcing and are unsure as to whether multiple suppliers can access one Master Agreement in CLM. The scenario is 1 agreement might apply to a "Consortium" which consists of multiple suppliers. The client would like that multiple suppliers access and manage one awarded contract.

Is this possible?

The system supports a one to one relationship of Supplier to Master Agreement.  One way that you could potentially consider as an approach to this to keep it all on a single Master Agreement and Contract, would be to create the Consortium as the Supplier and then add the Supplier Contacts for each of the individual companies to the Supplier (Consortium) that need access.  It's not perfect but it might help you to get what you need with a single MA using standard functionality. 

I can't think of any other way to model exactly what you are describing.
