C-folder and PQQ in 7.02

Hi team,

We had insalled EHP6 ECC6.0 and SRM 7.02.I have following issues.

1) We had activated  Business Function- SRM_SOURCING_1,  then SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRY_1 and SRM_PUBLIC_SECTOR_1 for PPS for EHP2.

But the PQQ tab or PQQ related fields are not coming in the Portal for 2 Envelope BID? Is any Bussiness functions need to activate?

2) We had installed C folder in SRM. We are able to login to C-folder.We have few issues

We maintained the System landscape settings in SPRO with Log System, RFC destination as SRM local , with RFC checked and Sys.type as Coflders.

When we try to create with the 2 bid envelope system is giving a dump screen as follows

and if we remove with the settings, when we do check on the RFX following error  is coming and closing the session

Cannot connect to cFolder system; two-envelope RFx cannot be created?

Can any body help on this?

Hello Philip,

1. Please check whether you have configured the PQQ in IMG under Cross Industry Functions -> Application Settings ->Prequalification Questionnaire

This will have the PQQ drop down enabled for RFx type Two Envelope Bid process

2. You need to have a separate RFC destination created for c-folder and have this updated in the System landscape setting for c-Folder. This is required even if c-foder is set up on the same server.

Also check whether BBP_Cfolder service activation is done by Basis team

Hi Philip,

Check whether you have activated the customizing switch : SRM_701_Two_Envelope.

Please also check whether your connection with Cfolder and SRM is correct or not by testing service:

Hi Tamas,

After activating the Business functions, in the 2 bid envelope we need to see the PQQ relevant fields and PQQ tab for the Questions in the RFx Screen. Is my understanding correct?

I rememeber i raised an OSS and SAP provided the note for the same.

Please search in OSS.Configuration for Metadata may not be there for 7.02 and i think need to copy the config for 7.01 to 7.02 and add the same.
