Buttons not present in fwded SRM email

Hi Friends,

I am facing a problem with SRM Workflow item is forwarded, the e-mail received by the new approver does not contain the same format as the other e-mails in normal scenario, also the buttons for Approval or Rejections are not present. CAn you please help on this . looking fwd for your master reply.

which version of SRM are you using ? and what is the support package ?

Hi,

i don't know if this is related, but I had an issue where the sending of emails in html were not working if the WF-BATCH user didn't have a default printer (LOCL) in the user settings.
