Business Partner - Validity date

Hi All,

I would like to know if someone have already changed BP validity date using a BAPI or any other standard approach besides transaction BP.

We are on SRM 7.1.

We had to update the BP validity date for all BP and extend them indefinitely using a Z program from SAP note.

This just udpates the BUT000 table.

What is the issue/question?

Hi Sushil,

We have to change BP central data validity when the potential supplier is rejected. It must happens at the same time of BP rejection.

I can change validity of role dependent data like address however central data is not role dependent. Could you please let me know in what SAP Note you saw this solution? Meanwhile I'll try to search for it.
