Hi
for a vendor (BP) , you can create a contact person via manage business partner transaction.
so this vendor contact person logon to SRM system .once you create a contact person , his user id and password mail sentit to that contact person.

Check the last section "Purchaser/System Administrator Activities".

Employees from external business partners, for example vendors or bidders, have to log on to the SAP Enterprise Buyer system, using a vendor or business partner number, user ID and password. Then they can, for example, receive bid invitation documents, submit bids for bid invitations, and enter invoices or services within the Enterprise Buyer system. They can also submit additional employees from their company to be registered as contact persons in the Enterprise Buyer system.
If the company is not yet registered then external employees can submit a registration application for the company as a vendor or bidder and can submit a registration application for themselves as a contact person.
Prerequisites
The request for new registration must be forwarded to the processor responsible for approving or rejecting the registration application of the company and contact person.
Using Approval Workflows for Creating External Users, you can determine who:
· Approves the registration of new external business partners such as vendors or bidders and creates the master data in the Enterprise Buyer system
· Approves the registration of new contact persons for those external business partners already registered, creates the master data for the person and the logon data, such as user ID, and password, and assigns the activity groups
The organizational plan must have been set up and contain an organizational unit, to which the external business partners can be assigned.
Features
On the Enterprise Buyer logon screen external users can:
· Log on, if they already have logon data
· Change the current password
· Process the master data for the company and for themselves, after logging on
· Submit a registration application if the company and the external users are not yet registered in the Enterprise Buyer system or when additional users need to be registered
When submitting external users, the following situations can be differentiated:
- The company and the employee are already registered in the Enterprise Buyer system. The employee now wants to register an additional employee as a contact person in the Enterprise Buyer system.
- The company and the external employee have not yet been registered in the Enterprise Buyer system.
On the application form for registration, external employees enter the required master data for the person and the company if required. They must identify the company as a vendor or bidder.
Once the data has been saved, the registration application is sent as a work item to the approver in the Enterprise Buyer system. Approvers check the application:
· When approving, they must create the appropriate master records for the company and/or the contact person as well as the necessary users. For more information, see Managing External Business Partners.
· If the application is rejected, approvers can inform the user who made the application, via e-mail, if they wish to do so.

Thanks for your replies.
My doubt is :
If user 'A' exists in SRM. And 'A' is having BP number some '123'. A is integrated to org. called 'B' and this 'B' is having BP nuber some '456'.
Once you go to BP transaction by giving inputs '123'.....you can find all data in that and also you find tab called 'Relationships' in which you can find the entry like ' Is Employee Of - 456(BP number of Org. which he linked to ).....................)
This entry is missing for the user though he is integrated to org. unit.
Hope you got me.
Thanks
