In SRM 4.0 I am creating a new Org node. While creating a New Org Node Business Partner number should get automatically created but it is not getting created. I checked the address too, all values are entered correctly. I checked in table T77S0 also the values HRALX/ OBPON and BUPA/ SYNC are set to ON.
Why BP number is not getting generated?
Need more details?

Check business partner number ranges , Internal Number ranges.
