Blanket Purchase order failing in CIG

Hi Team,

Please help with the below error. Blanket PO is failing in CIG

Ariba Network Response is :"Bad Request" and Error Code:"400" and Error Code Response:"Error:Proper effectiveDate must be specified for an order with orderType=blanket. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-100000000000000004961215684 for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in Ariba Network. Error Code : CIG-PLT-00644. Is there an effective date associated with this bpo becuase the error seems to suggest that .Have you looked into that ?
