Hi experts
I have a problem when accessing catalog link (punch out) in SRM 7 with Portal.
When I click on "Catalog" a new page is openning but it is a blank page (with no error message). But if I add role super_admin_role to the user, no problem...
I can see in the portal log this text :
Error looking up url: portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.common.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.common.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.common.erp_common/com.sap.pct.erp.common.lpd_start_url
[EXCEPTION]
com.sapportals.portal.pcd.gl.PermissionControlException: Access denied (Object(s): portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.common.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.common.roles/com.sap.pct.erp.common.erp_common/com.sap.pct.erp.common.lpd_start_url)
at com.sapportals.portal.pcd.gl.PcdFilterContext.filterLookup(PcdFilterContext.java:422)
But like I said, if I add role "super_admin_role" I can access the catalog..
Any idea?
Thank you.

Peggy

Hi Peggy,
we had the same problem. Standarduser has not sufficient right to access iViews from the erp_common-role.
--> go to folder pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.common.bp_folder in PCD, open permissions and add the group "Authenticated Users" as End-User, admin-permissions -> nothing.
SAP Note 1260119 (according to this note, change permissions on PCD-folder pcd:portal_content, but the subfolder mentioned above is enough)
best regards,
Lars
