Binding application to DSM

How to bound application to DSM as i am unable to access application from remote system to target system(with DSM).i need to check whether i missed some steps or code .Will give appropiate points for solution..

What is the source system? What is the target system?

Also what is the functionality shown in the screenshot you attached?
