Bidder not able to submit bid.

Hi All,

We are using SRM 5.0 extended classic scenario. one of the bidder not able to submit the bid.

He is getting the error message "Partner XXXXX is not a contact person"

The vendor is existing in the PPOMV_BBP and under that contact person is existing.

That contact person is available in PPOMA_BBP . And there is no error in BBP_OM_INTEGRATE.

Kindly let me know ,how to proced further

Hi,

The contact person needs to be created properly for the vendor.

You can create the contact person in the log-in of admin user who has role SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR

In the web screen,go to "manage business partner" --> choose "employee for business partner"

create contact person

the same will be updated in the vendor org structure in PPOMV_BBP.
