Bidder not able to access the C-folder

Hi,

We are working SRM PSS 7.0.

Buyer is publishing a RFx and uploading the documents in C-folder (Tech RFx), after publishing.

When the bidder opens or creates the RFx response and tries to access the C-folder (Tech RFX) it is not working.

The tech Rfx folder is not opening.

Presently we have given roles

sap_cfx_user

/sapsrm/bidder

sap_ec_sus_bidder

But when we give sap_all then bidder is able to access.

Hi,

It looks authorization problem. How about assigning /SAPSRM/SUPPLIER role?

You can set authorization trace in ST01 transaction for finding missing authorization.

Hi Masa,

When i check for the trace in ST01 for the vendor.

We found that ACo_super was the authorisation missing.

Now if i give this access to the vendor he is having the full authorization of C-folders he can read, write of other folders.

Also he can view the files uploaded by the other bidder.

Kindly guide me.

Hi,

ACo_super is for admin super user. Please double check the ST01 log and find other missing authorization.
