Bidder doesn't see new items after changing the RFx

Dear Experts,

I am working in SRM 7.0.

I've problem with bidder's response after changing RFx.

I do next steps:

1. Purchaser create RFx
2. Bidder create his response
3. Purchaser change RFx, adding new positions (materials or services) in the Items tab
4. Bidder doesn't see new positions in already created response.

Are there note or something solution for this situation? I can just delete and create response again, but it's not conviently for bidders.

it is not your SRM release, but can you still check the below OSS note?

1762595 - Bidder is not intimated about RFx change version
