BBPSOCO01 do not see the sc approbed

Hi masters.

when I try find a Sc approbed into BBPSOCO01 I can´t find Sc .

Into ppoma in attribute Responsability to Purchaser in PPOMA is configurated the Category of SC in question.

what can I do to fix it .

hi

what is the sc item status? is it purchaser's worklist?

if it so , remove all filters like purchase organisation and purchase group and search the shopping cart . you will find it.

The SC status is Approbed. and no filters are applicated.

when I created a PO since SC approbed add old SC yes is possible make the PO.

but when I try use the transaction Carrie Out Sourcing is here where no see the sc to make sourcing ,

SC item status -?

if you have configured for sourcing settings and satisfied then only go to sourcing cockpit other wise follow on document would have created.

there are three possibilities after approving the cart

1. Follow on document would have create

or

2. It would have gone to sourcing cockpit- if sourcing config satisfied- sc item status must be turned to PURCHASER's Worklist

or

3.Error in process

Hi Oscar,

In some cases the Shopping cart gets stuck in Approved status and would not appear in Sourcing Cockpit.

The shopping cart status should be 'In Purchaser's worklist' for it to appear in Carry out sourcing.

As you said the concerned purchaser and the P.Group are responsible for purchasing the the items related to product category used in the shopping cart, then try to push the shopping cart to Purchaser's worklist using below function module.

Execute txn SE37 and enter BBP_REQREQ_RESUBMIT and then execute. Enter the shopping cart number in REQNO field and then execute the Function Module.

This would change the shopping cart item status from Approved to 'In Purchaser's work list' and then the shopping cart items would appear in Sourcing Cockpit (Carry out sourcing).

I made the test with the BBP_REQREQ_RESUBMIT function. but no change the status Approbed to Purchaser's Worklist

the SC keeping in approbed status. maybe I need make other configurations to Sourcing? the problem is no one SC is listed in the sourcing carry out .

what can i do ?
