Hi All,
we are getting these error messages when we choose a service agent from the popup. Furthermore there is no text field just a link with text
"none selected". What are the necessary steps to achive this requirement. We are on SRM 713.
Error messages:
R11 123 Specify at least one number for the business partner
BBP_PD 004 Partner &1 not found

I don't how to add a limit item generally.
That's the screen it looks like in our case when I am adding a catalog item (Item Data tab). With some differences compared to your screen:-)
We have the classic scenario.The service agent field in 'source of supply' tab is appering.
Afaik we didn't modificate anything else in this matter.
It may be possible that something is wrong with the configuration. Where can I check that.

For normal SC with catalo item, we never have this field shown in source of supply, so I guess it should be added via modification. You may right click the field to check its technical information to verify this.
I suggest you set external breakpoint at FM bbp_pd_msg_add to trigger the debugging session, and retrieve back to see why these two errors are shown.

I have checked within WebDynpro Component /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_SOS
entire objects, no modification is in sight.
Those two errors are shown when I choose a service agent from the popup.
I had mainatined the service agent what I am talking of in this section (External Business Partner Suppliers - Create a contact person with reference)
