Dear SRM practitioners
At my current customer we are trying to enhance the cost assignment procedure by using the BADI BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.
Now the enhancement we are doing is really quite simple:
If the account assignment object for an item is changed to an Internal Order, the Cost Centre field should automatically get populated with the default cost centre of the user (from Org Structure).
We have made the coding, and the default cost centre of the user is populated as expected. BUT - we do not get the "link" established to the back end system (as you would normally do via the RFC search help), leading to an error message, saying that the cost centre does not exist for the given date.
If you open the cost assignment details buttons you can see that only the cost centre number is stated - but not the description of the cost centre. The description only appears if you press ENTER - and the error messages disappears.
Is there a way to get the " RFC link" established from within the BADI - using a FM or something else?
Thanks for your great help in advance
;o)
