Batch details are missing from the Ship Notice API payload data and these details are crucial in the healthcare industry. Clients keep track of the batch number, expiry date etc. This is one of the requirement from the client to get these batch details exported from Ariba Network.
We are unable to fetch the batch details using the Ship Notice API. We had posted multiple Ship Notice document and extracted the information via Ship Notice API. We couldn't find the batch number and expiry date on the Ship notice API, it is missing from the payload, even though it is available and visible in Ariba Network and supported in the Ship Notice API as mentioned in its documentation.
Can you guide/ advise the best possible workaround to get the batch details from Ariba Network ?
Concern: If the batch details field is available and supported in Ariba Ship Notice API then why is it not coming on the extracted payload?
Expectation: Our expectation is that batch details must be available in the Ariba Ship Notice API as the field is already supported and maintained in the API.
