BAPI to maintain Organization and Staffing Hierarchy

It there a BAPI that will maintain the Organization and Staffing (Workflow) hierarchy in SRM?    By this I mean assign an SAP user to a position and a position to an org unit,

That might work if all I wanted to do was display the hierarchy.  Per my original post,  I want to maintain it.   Will it maintain it also?

I think that might work to get  the structure.  However I need to be able to maintain it, not just get it.   Also, I need this to be remote-enabled.    This FM is not.   It's close though!

Thanks.  However my request was for a BAPI (remote-enabled) that will maintain the hierarchy, not create users.
