Backend error - Price without service not allowed

Dear gurus,

While deleting the Purchase Order, our user gets the error "Back end: Price without service not allowed".

We tried to enter the Tolal Sum SC on the Purchase Order header, but the error message remains there.

Has anyone faced this problem earlier?. In case of yes, how did you solve it?.

Any clue about how - or where - can be the main root?

Hi Raúl,

this error gets issued by the ECC backend if a Service line is replicated where the short text is empty but the Price is not Zero. Please look at class CL_PRICING_MMSRV method CHECK_PRICE. I suggest to debug the PO Transfer to ECC and set a break Point in that method to find out how this constellation was created. Do you have any enhancements that might be responsible for an empty short text in case the PO gets deleted??
