Dear Friends
SAP EnterpriseBuyer Monitors-> Shopping Cart -Backend application errors
after 2 days they get deleted or are dissappearing.
How can I stop this occurence ?

Hello,
The system does execute the automatic reorganization of completed alerts of the CCMS monitoring architecture using the auto-reaction method CCMS_REORG_COMPLETED_ALERTS.
Use transaction RZ21: Method defintions and then search for the method CCMS_REORG_COMPLETED_ALERTS and check the value of parameter ALERTS_OLDER_THAN. Depending on this parameter, entries in table ALALERTDB that are older than the value of ALERTS_OLDER_THAN (days) will be automatically deleted.
