Back-End Error:Enter Plant after PO is ordered

Hi Experts,

         we are getting error Back-End Error:Enter Plant after the PO got ordered. if we check for the errors in the portal  before the PO is ordered shows up no errors but when we order the PO the status in tracking got updated as ERROR IN PROCESS and the error Back-End Error:Enter Plant is showing up. please suggest why this error occurs. the PO here is a Auto generated PO for the shopping cart.

Hi,

Is your plant in shopping cart still exists and valid in the backend

Hi Konstantin,

      Thanks for your quick response.

yes plant exists in shopping cart after the PO is ordered and it is valid in back end. we are not facing this issue when we create a PO using carry out sourcing but this issue is coming when the PO is automatically generated.

Please look at the attached screen shot for the error message. please suggest how can we solve this issue.

Hello Aishwarya,

      Have you checked in RZ20 what exactly is the error. And when you faced this issue , you are trying to edit the PO . Also please let me know whether the IR/GR has been posted against this PO.

Hi Gaurav,

      yes we checked in RZ20 it is showing up error there. please find the attachment for the error it is showing up in RZ20. NO IR/GR got Posted .

We are facing this issue when the PO is ordered, like when the auto PO is created and when we order it , it is showing up this error. Please suggest what we need to do.

Hello Aishwarya Mudam ,

     As you can see the information . Would request you to please share the RZ20 screen. Also check with the Plant which has been used in SC whether it has been changed in PO or in Org root.
